The Repair Café Wairarapa is a community-led initiative that brings skilled volunteers and residents together to extend the life of everyday items. While we can fix many things on-site at our pop-up events, some repairs require specialist equipment, parts, or time beyond what can be managed in a single session.

To help our community access these services, we are developing a Local Repair Business & Sustainability Initiative Referral Network. This network will make it easy for us to connect people with trusted local businesses for the repairs we can’t complete on the day.

By joining the Referral Network, your business can:

• Be featured on our printed referral sheets at each Repair Café event.

• Be promoted on our website and social media channels as a trusted local repair provider.

• Receive referrals for work that requires specialist tools, parts, or more time than our pop-up can provide.

We invite you to provide:

• Business name and contact details

• Opening hours

• List of repair services (e.g., iPhone screen replacement, appliance servicing, shoe repair)

• Price ranges for common services

• Any special offers or discounts for referrals from the Repair Café (optional)
